ABSHER, William R. Jr., 69, of Land O’ Lakes, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2010. He was born in Bluefield, West Virginia and served in the Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He worked as a heavy equipment operator. Survivors include his wife, Louise and son, William R. Absher, III.
