Obituary of Socorro Isaac Pizarro

Socorro Isaac Pizarro, 89, of Lutz, Florida, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 22, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

Socorro was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and later moved to Florida. He was a manager for a local movie theater for many years. Socorro enjoyed cooking, music, singing, dancing and playing dominos, but most of all he enjoyed being with his family.

He is preceded in death by his father, Gervasio Isaac; mother, Arcadia Pizarro; brothers, Moncho Cortijo, Gilberto Cortijo, Raul Cortijo, Tinto Cortijo, Chacato Cortijo, Jorge Cortijo; sister Dolores Isaac. He is survived by his loving daughters, Sandra Isaac, Dolores Soto, Aida Isaac, Delia Isaac, Alexandra Isaac, and Emilia Torres; sons, Carlos, Luis, Alex and Josue Isaac; grandchildren, Nina, Wanda, Carlos, Pellot, Carlos, Domarys, Zuleika, Luis, Joel, Mara, Yomaira, Angel, Andelys, Delian, Yhianna, Josue, and Ethan; great-grandchildren, Julian, Lizandra, Yovani, Nyemi, Deandra and Phoenix.

The funeral service will be held at the Loyless Funeral Home, 5310 Land O’ Lakes Blvd, Land O’ Lakes, Fl 34639 on Friday, March 1, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a prayer service beginning at 7:00 PM.
